It doesn't have membership as “reward”, only additional funds
Diplomatic sources for Danas said it is clear in the document that no “bonus” as full EU membership for the two countries, but that there will instead be funds and other financial aid.
Also, according to sources from this newspaper, it is said that in the new proposal of the Franco-German document, the original idea of the founding of Serbian municipalities has changed, and that it is not about the association that has been prepared by the Brussels Agreement.
This will not be a historical document
Dana's sources also added that the planned agreement would not be a historic document that would be a turning point in building permanent peace between the two states.
