The case, according to Kosovo Police's announcement, has occurred on December 28th.
Kosovo male complainer “has informed that he was physically attacked by two masked suspects, where the same had his car plates removed. The case is being investigated”, the report said.
No details are provided as to what kind of license plates the victims, those RKS or KM.
