Dejan Pantic, former Kosovo police officer, was arrested on December 10th at the Jarinje border checkpoint. According to Kosovo authorities, he is suspected of the organisation of the December 6th terrorist attacks “on Central Election Commission officials.
Pantic has been released today from custody with the provision of the Special Department of Foundation Court in Pristina, and this move has been replaced with the measure of house arrest. The decision to release Pantic has been announced by Judge Mentor Bajraktari.
Bajraktari has been charged by Vetevendosje Movement MP Dimal Basha for the act of freeing Pantic.
