KA LLXO.com has secured the investigation file in which the statement of victim Hamide Magashi, which was issued to the investigator months ago.

Hamide Magashi was killed last night with a firearm in the QKUK court. The author is suspected to be her husband, Sokol Halili, who is still on the run.

The late Magashi had reported that there had been continued violence by suspect Sokol Halili.

She had stated that on every visit she had made to her family, she had been present at her mother - in - law and closely observing her husband.

In addition to violence, Magash had stated that any wages he paid for in Ferizaj's municipality were delivered to his husband, thus paying him fines in traffic.

Magashi had claimed that several times he had been threatened with weapons.

All these claims were denied by suspect Sokol Halili.

Following these statements at the end of July of this year, the home of suspect Sokol Halili was raided. During the search, he was found with two weapons, an expired hunting rifle and a gas pistol. After being interviewed about these confiscated weapons, the suspect at the order of prosecutor Rasim Maloku was released in regular procedure.

Without permission, Sokol Halili was sentenced in September to a fine of 300 euros.

In August of this year, Sokol Halili was also accused of criminal acts of free access, where the case is being handled.
