MP Basha tells Kurt the name of the judge who took Pantiqi into house arrest

MP Dimal Basha has informed Prime Minister Kurti of the judge's decision to replace Dejan Pantiqi's detention measure with that of house arrest.

Basha writes:

Dejan Pantic is accused of terrorist work, while Judge Mentor Bajraktari replaces the detention measure with house arrest

Does anyone tell me how a normal judge arrives at the estimate that the terrorist is safer than inburg? But then in Serbia, he'd invented measures more important than this one. He doesn't have the ability to take out his suit, he doesn't even want to add to the dose of patriotism!
