The Board of Directors of the Kosovo Privatisation Agency held the next meeting, where it discussed and made important decisions on the privatisation and liquidation process of social companies in line with its legal mandate.
At this meeting the Board reviewed the monthly Management Report for the preliminary period, including the monthly report on the social company “Brezovica”, which is under direct management.
During this meeting the Board reviewed sales transactions with a public tender through sales of assets no. 59, as well as reviewing and adopting a list of social enterprise assets in liquidation for placing in a public tender through sales of assets no. 61, which has a total of 31 assets.
The board discussed and approved the plan to address the recommendations of the House Audition Unit 2017-2022, the commission's report on the sale of residences, with the result of the Commission's intensification of the sale of residences was approved by sales reports of 27 residences. Also approved, the final list and the 20% distribution for joint Text and Teaching Tools Ent and NSH Renaissance-Herbings.
At this meeting, the Board approved the proposal of granting consent to road access to parcel No. 090113-14 in Prizren, the property of the Forest Company, where the new goal of the Prizren Foundation Court will be built. During this meeting, the proposal for approval of registration/residement in the cadastral books of the 501-34 driver has been reviewed and approved ZK Malisheve, property of NSH “O PB Mirusha” in Malisevo, in line with the Kosovo Government's final decision, to exhumation 16/89 on July 20, 2022, depleted on the needs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs/Agent of Civil Recording.
The board further reviewed and approved distribution reports for social enterprise creditors in liquidation at the value of $434,864, for companies like the following:

2. PETER035 NSh “Ag Cop Guracoci” Gurakoc?
3. PRN051 NSh “Gedime Gurs series” Lipjan?
4. MIT037 NSh “South Mitrovica;
5. Py088 NSh “Fabrica of Metalic Elements” Cline?
6. CO028 NSh “K B Agroproduct” Kamenice;
7. PRN112 NSh “Victoria” Pristina.
