Albanian State Prime Minister Edi Rama from this year's summer is on the offensive in the battle to dismantle Dick Marty's report from which the Council of Europe's 1782 comes in on the issue of organ trafficking by the KLA. This battle, certainly in a favourable context because of the new geopolitical circumstances launched at the UN General Assembly in September of this year, is climaxing with Rama's speech at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, where everything began.
