Kosovo state diplomacy at all levels, though it does not have great opportunities, being indifferent to this initiative, is showing an unintelligible impotence and envy. Albanian State Prime Minister Edi Rama from this year's summer is on the offensive in the battle to dismantle Dick Marty's report from which the Council of Europe's 1782 comes in on the issue of organ trafficking by the KLA. This battle, certainly in a favourable context because of the new geopolitical circumstances launched at the UN General Assembly in September of this year, is climaxing with Rama's speech at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, where everything began. There is nothing more Albanian and human in the battle with Serbian and Russian chauvinist politics than the rehabilitation of the KLA liberation war character, which is the basis on which Kosovo freedom is built. Kosovo state diplomacy at all levels, although it does not have great opportunities, being indifferent to this initiative, is showing an unintelligible impotence and envy. The story will one day laugh and cry with this provincial mentality that you think the country and the world begins and ends up in your swamp.
