The decision was made on 29 September, but it was made public just a few days later.
In his decision, the judge has rejected all proposals handed down by Thaci's defence, as well as competitions offered by third states.
One of the reasons for refusing to be released from custody is the continuing fulfillment of the indictment on the part of the prosecution, which according to the court implies that former President Thaci is aware of the charges against him and possible witnesses, so there is the danger that he could prevent justice.
In this case, the preliminary judge has asked the defence to hand over the parachutes for the next re-responsion of detention until October 28th.
