Then, from November 21st to January 21st, it will be the penalty measure.
On January 21st for two months, there will be test plates, and after April 21, 2023 there will be such plates.
“Tarchs for KM, GL are illegal license plates. The Kosovo government through the decision has obliged them to return to RKS plates. Now we've had both internal and line ministry discussions. And we've come to the conclusion that we've come up with a proposal that makes the sequence and scale of the implementation of this decision.
By November 21st, it will be the measure or rebuke.
From 21 November to 21 January will be the penalty measure.
On January 21st, we will have pro-saving plates for two months.
Following each date April 21st, there will be other plates in the Republic of Kosovo”, Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said.
