Use of Iranian fears “represents Russia's military default”

The American State Department has also agreed with this assessment.
White House spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre has accused Tehran of lies when she said Iranian fears were not used by Russia in Ukraine.
Moscow has launched a new wave of attacks last week, hitting construction buildings in several Ukrainian cities.
Zelensky has said the attacks have caused major power cuts across Ukraine, and “has no space for negotiations” with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
