Lock on the doors of the pre-school institution “Xixlons”, in the capital's Payton district, was deployed a year ago, and the yard was left in this state.
But this is just one of many projects in the country that have remained in half, as winning tender companies are not starting the works.

Linked to this issue by the Pristina municipality have said the new contract will soon be signed and the works will begin.
Yes, it is true that the contract is cut off due to the expensive prices of construction material. So new announcement has been made. AKK Executive Director Sahan Ibrahimi has said he has proposed a solution to the Government of Kosovo to get out of this situation, but so far there have been no positive signals.
For this, Kanal10 has requested clarification from the Kosovo government, but during the day the Media Office has not returned.
By contrast, in recent months, many mayors have expressed their concerns, as this is affecting the non-reality of electoral promises.
