Smith in his argument has said there is still danger “for escape, destruction, hiding, changing evidence of a crime” and for “obstructing criminal prosecution”.
For these reasons, the Paracratic Procedure Judge must order continued detention for Mr. Krasniqi”, said in decision.
The same request from Smith has been made for Rexhep Selimi.
