Minister Gervala through a Facebook post has praised past governments for meeting all criteria for visa liberalism.
“Before member states, the Commission confirmed once again that Kosovo has fulfilled and continues to meet all criteria for visa liberalisation and positive recommendation that the Commission has done since 2018 remained valid”, Gervala wrote.
She says among other things that the Government has indicated earlier that today it was not the day of the decision whether Kosovo would be removed from visas, but today was the starting day of the last phase of this process.
We've said it before, today wasn't the day of the decision. Today was the start day of the last phase of this process, which has long stalled, but is now on the move and towards its solution, as Kosovo citizens have long deserved”, Gervala said. /Periscope.
