Last month, the Iranian government sent several officials to Russia to agree on the final terms of arms exports, according to US security officials and allies.
The new weapons will reportedly include two short-range ballistic missiles, Fateh-110 and Zolfaghar, as well as two types of Iranian land-land missiles. Iran is also preparing to send a large number of Shahed-136 to Russia, or as the “kamikaze” is known, according to officials.
European foreign ministers will discuss remittances of Iranian fears to Russia and can reach a political agreement on future sanctions regarding such a decision.
France and Germany, both sides in the 2015 nuclear agreement with Iran, have made it clear that they believe the new sanctions regarding fears used by Russia are necessary and that the transfer of fears should be seen as violating UN Security Council Resolution 2231.
In recent weeks, Ukraine has reported a series of Russian attacks using the Shahed-136 drones produced by Iran.
But Iran has denied supply of fear in Russia, while the Kremlin has given no comment.
