Serbia can accept the idea that with an agreement with Kosovo, it is agreed to join the UN, but without knowing the state. But on what race?
He has asked who guarantees the removal of the Chinese and Russian veto.
Kosovo's “recognition from Serbia is the key. Without mutual recognition, neither Kosovo nor Serbia can join the EU. Serbia could give me the idea that with an agreement with Kosovo, you'd accept me to join the UN, but without knowing the state. But over what race?
But who guarantees here for the UN? For Russian Veton at Security Council, then. Chinese vet?
Serbia alone cannot guarantee any talks with Kosovo on this job, neither France nor Germany
Kosovo's recognition by Serbia is the key. Without mutual recognition, neither Kosovo nor Serbia can join the EU. So the concept, or the Franco-German scenario, is in vain.
Only one deployment of the border, where Serbia recognises and carries out the Kosovo problem -- Serbia -- and enables EU and NATO membership, especially in NATO.
Even without an American, this scenario sucks.
The recognition of Serbia and the Kosovo border, then paves the way for the UN, where neither the Russian nor Chinese veto with Serbia's official recognition, can stop it because the problematic state in this case, Serbia, has accepted the Fubdin of the political dispute diplomaticly.
