Escobar demanded postponement of the decision on license plates, Osman agrees: That would mean tolerating threats

Speaking of the American emissary's request, Gabriel Escobar, for the decision to be postponed beyond October 31st, Osman has said it would go mostly to the bull of Serbian citizens.
