The dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, Kosovo's representative to the European Parliament, Violet Von Croamon, also spoke on Monday.
At a media conference in Pristina, Croamon said the Franco-German draft is the two countries' good opportunity in reaching an agreement. According to her, Kosovo and Serbia should exploit the moment, as she put it, developments in Europe are currently chaotic.
