The largest number of attractive properties for sale appear in the Mitrovica region, respectively, in local areas suitable for development of business activities. At SHAL 60 AKP in the Mitrovica region offers 12 local sales and a warehouse. Locals have different surfaces, ranging from about 20 m2 to 150 m2. The largest number are NSH Lux assets and are located in northern Mitrovica.
At the same time, land parcels in the Pec region are offered in this sale. This offers six land parcels of 15 gold to 5 acres in which agricultural industries can develop.

Locked offers for units/entires that are for sale through the sale of Assets with the No.60 listed should be submitted to “The conference Hall dealt with the Grand” in Pristina on November 2nd, 2022, from 10:00 to 12:00, accompanied by supply deposit and bidding fees, as scheduled for each article. The opening of the bids will take place the same day, starting at 12:30.
