After holding the hearing and analyzing of the subject's paperwork, the judge of the preliminary procedure has concluded that the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's request, the Randa Crime Department, is based and argued about this phase of procedure.
Against this act, the parties are entitled to complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals.
Leotrim Gashi, who has a musical career in the popular and folk voices,
Gashi was arrested on January 11th of this year under suspicions that he has requested and accepted bribes of thousands of euros from two applicant and beneficiary businesses of subsidies shared by the ministry.
