Maliqi has drawn two collusions from reading that she has done all the points Blinken has specified in his letter, until he says Kosovo leaders were expected in the past by the Secretarys of State or the Vice President, while only letters are being sent.
“Blinken reiterated the already traditional position: 1) Kosovo is not unblocked without engagement for agreements in Brussels; 2) Support for recognition if you show co-operative (see the theme list). The difference? We used to be hosted by the Secretarys of State or Vice President. President... now just the letter” wrote Malchi.
