Gucati sé is in good health, does not attend session

This is confirmed at today's trial hearing at the Special Court by his lawyer, Jonathan Rees.

He said Gucati is on medication because of poor physical condition.

The lawyer confirmed that Gucati today will be visited by the doctor and diagnosed for his problem.

As if you see Mr. Gucati is not present. At the start of the session today, I have noticed his condition. He's not in good health. He took pain pills last night. There's a doctor's appointment at 6:00 today. He tried to stay in the hall during the procedure, but the pain continues. He is not in good physical condition to be present. There's no medical diagnosis, but I believe we'll have tonight and I'll give instructions on how we're going to continue”, he said.

The lawyer said that as a result of his condition, Gucati has decided not to attend the court hearing today.

Because of his condition, he voluntarily removes his right to be present at today's” session, Rees said.

Meanwhile, the judge said they would allow Gucati to attend the session from above.

We don't have any problems if he's not present in the hall, but we just want him to have the opportunity to follow the procedures from the top and make the necessary preparations. In this regard we don't take this any other way because we know he regularly follows procedures”, he said.
