Police investigators of the Regional Unit for the Investigation of Economic Crimes and Corruption in Pristina, following the company of necessary investigative and operational actions, have provided evidence and other relevant information for suspected persons and damages caused.
The investigators have secured the presence of suspected persons who have been interviewed and on the basis of these evidence has come to be a doubt that:
With these actions, initial suspects, L.S. and H.M., allegedly committed criminal acts:
“The use of Services” by Article 314, “Unaware economic player” from Article 279 and “The agreement of copyright” by Article 290, of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”, police report.
So today, in consultation and co-ordination with the Prosecutor-in-chief by the competent prosecution, the suspect (I. A.) has been escorted to the police and from there to the prosecutor's decision has been sent to hold for 48 hours. While the other two suspects (L.S.) and (H.M.) have been interviewed in quality of suspected persons, the same at the prosecutor's order has been released in regular procedure.
