Today's “Agreement is the de facto Tahiri-Djuriq Agreement of 2016, which envisioned the use of posters to cover relevant state symbols in the license plate (inspired by the old Greece-North Macedonia agreement). The recent crisis served only as a useful tactic to ensure its implementation”, Trajkovic said.
