Again stated Bislim: No final agreement, expects Serbia to accept these three points

Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, through a Facebook text, has announced the meeting Kosovo and Serbian sides had in Brussels today, saying that the draft agreement has still not been accepted by the Serbian side and expects Serbia to accept these three points. According to Bislim, the primary goal of the Republic of Kosovo has [...]
According to Bislim, the primary goal of the Republic of Kosovo has been and continues to remain to promote free movement, so even the latest decision to use temporary signs has been imposed by the authorities in Serbia's ten-year-old injustice towards Kosovo citizens who have travelled directly or through Serbia's territory, Periscope follows.
Complete Posting of Faithful Bislim:
Today all day, our team and Serbia's team had bilateral meetings with Mr. Miroslav Lajcak, aiming at finding a solution through which the situation at the Jarinje and Brnjak border crossings would be calmed, and at the same time the Government of the Republic of Kosovo will ensure equal treatment of the two countries' citizens in the realm of free movement. Of course, the primary goal of the Republic of Kosovo has been and continues to remain promoting free movement, so even the latest decision to use temporary signs has been imposed by the authorities in Serbia's ten-year-old injustice towards Kosovo citizens who have travelled directly or across Serbia's territory.
We have been willing to support the EU representative's efforts for dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia, Mr. Lajcak towards finding an acceptable solution, and after continuing reactions we have reached a final draft with which the Kosovo side agreed. The main points of this final draft are the following:
1. On Saturday, October 2nd, KFOR forces will be deployed at the Jarinje and Brnjak border crossings, and several hours after their deployment, will start with the removal of barricades and also the shift of Kosovo special police unit. KFOR units will stay at the border crossings nearly two weeks and can leave the crossings then in the event of complete calming the situation.
2. By 4 October, at 08am, provisional implementation of the posters system, with which both Kosovo and Serbia will cover each other's state-run license components. Consequently, Monday is envisioned that no citizens of Kosovo and Serbia will need to set temporary signs during the transition to the territory of the other state.
3. A working group with the objective of finding a final solution about license plates, based on EU standards and practices, will be established. This group will have six months to enable the transition to the permanent solution, with which the implementation of the system is limited.
At the moment, this agreement has remained to be accepted by the Serbian side, which has remarks in the way cars treat KMs, for which they believed or demanded that privileged treatment be needed. We hope that Serbia's delegation will be convinced of the text of the agreement without any changes to me and at the moment of agreement, we can say that I have a valid agreement.
