Prime Minister Edi Rama said at a media conference with European Commission Presidents Ursula von der Leenen that the Open Balkans Initiative is implementation of the Berlin Process.
He said that states that have yet to become part of it, such as Kosovo, Montenegro, or Bosnia and Herzegovina, will eventually join.
The Open Balkans are located and done, and each year and more will prove to be the right thing. The Open Balkans will certainly be the space to which they will come, one little sooner, the other shortly later.
And who comes next just loses time in the country and its people. So simple is this”, Rama said.
