Among the agreements are the study of the feasibility of the Prizren-Tetovo Highway, co-operation in the diaspora sphere, border regulation of railway communications, co-operation in the energy, tourism sectors, control of strategic goods, innovation, technological development and entrepreneurship, and local governance.

But, according to former Deputy Prime Minister Albulen Balaj-Halimaj, these agreements are prepared by the Hoti Government and that the current government has found them ready.

Balaj-Halimaj said in an interview in the Special Edition in Kosovo that Kurti Government was not tired of negotiating agreements with northern Macedonia.
