All that is known so far for the double murder in Pec

Astrit Ademiaj and Blerand Kadriaj are the two victims who lost their lives as a result of a tragic incident.

Astrit Demaj today's victim in Pec was also the candidate of the Democratic Party of Kosovo for this year's local elections in the Pec municipality.

But the other victim, Blerand Kadriaj, is reported to have been his partner.

Blerand Kadriaj otherwise years ago was the candidate of the Democratic Party of Kosovo for the Decani municipality.

The same continued to make their contribution to the same party, but it is still unknown what exactly happened tonight where both died while another was wounded.

Marked as a result of the injury, Astrit Demaj's brother, Avniu, remained.

The same doctor, according to Peja Hospital, has been released from hospitalization because of a life - threatening health condition.

But once released from the hospital, Kosovo police have arrested the suspect in question.

The news of his arrest even reached the country's own Minister of Internal Affairs Jelal Svechla.

But all that's known so far is the murder of two people who, at the moment when it happened, were in a bar near the High Economic School in Pec.

Kosovo police have provided little detail, while the prosecution has only confirmed the deaths of two people.

There were numerous reactions to this event, including from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, which have expressed shock at the event in question and have comforted family members and friends of their partners.

A response also came from the country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, who sought out law enforcement agencies as soon as they investigated the tragic case.

It should be commemorated that numerous murders were reported during the following year but also during these months.

Today's event has turned its attention again to the risk of using weapons and losing lives to citizens.
