Daut Haradinaj: Kurt has my support for establishing reciprocity

Pristina chairman-in-law from the AAK ranks, Daut Haradinaj, commenting on the situation created in the country's north after the move of reciprocity for Serbian license plates, has said Prime Minister Albin Kurti and all ministers have his support on the issue. We're also [...]

“We are also allies with NATO, our vision is to go in that direction, but the aggressive language of Belgrade's policies must understand that it does not scare even a citizen in Kosovo. This means that Prime Minister Kurti, ministers and all those boys who are in the rain today, maintaining order and calm, have the unreserved support not only of mine but of all who want in this functional and legal state”, Haradinaj said.

Haradinaj has voiced confidence that Serbia would be lost in its report with Kosovo.

Serbia has been much stronger in Milosevic's time and we have shamed him. Any idea of Serbia and any tendency think Serbia will still enter a race that I will lose. Kosovo has stronger allies, security institutions are functional and prepared with very modern equipment”, Haradinaj said.

Likewise, Haradinaj has said that Serbian citizens in the north are disappointed with Belgrade governance and that the 2011 agreement must be implemented.

I know the north side very well, I've been dozens of times. Serbian citizens are tired of power in Serbia. When I was in Zubin Potok along with a foreign diplomat, images were miserable, the lowest words were spoken for the Belgrade government. I see as a hostage to Serbia's policies, I think the 2011 agreement is binding on the implementation it has signed precisely this Serbian side”, Haradinaj said.

It has already been eight days since the Jarinje and Brnjak border points have been blocked by Serbian citizens because of the reciprocity measure.
