If you are one of those people who wraps the leftover food on metal paper to store it in the refrigerator, then you must probably change your habit. It's very simple to cover your plate with this letter, but you put yourself and your family at risk.
Why? When we leave hot food at room temperature for more than two hours, some bacteria slowly form causes of serious illness. The same can happen, however, if we cover the food with aluminum paper, as it does not shut the airtight and bacteria circulate freely in it.
How can you store food properly?
To keep our food and not be dangerous to our health, we must keep it properly in airmetic plastic vessels. And of course, this process has to be done at least two hours after it's prepared to prevent the beginning of bacteria growth. Milk and meat are prone to bacteria, so we have to be very careful about preserving them.
If there is much food left, it is best to place some in the refrigerator in the corresponding container, of course. And there is certainly a time limit as long as it is safe to eat the leftover food.
