He has clarified that at this meeting, a line from Pristina to Nis has been sought, but that he says this project would have effect only if linked to Dursin.
This year that we are from the EU is announced as the railway year has been held in Belgrade, long ago at Ljubljana, then at the next summit we have in Pristina and the discussion topic was railways and what was signed has to do with modernising corridors and railway lines to enable a normal transport between Balkan countries”
What I've raised next is the issue of new corridors, it's required that a line be made from Pristina to Nis, but that would make sense if it was linked to Durres, and that means we have the flow of” goods.
Aliu has participated in the Hekurudhor Summit, in which, together with his counterparts from the countries of the region, they have signed an agreement to build a railway network.
On February 14th 2020, delegations from Kosovo and Serbia to Munich have agreed to highways and railways through which the two countries express readiness for the opening of existing roads, but also for building new roads connecting the two states with the region and the EU.
