Express reported that violent men of women are continuing to be released in “regular procedure”, even though they are beating their wives. And to those reports, the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor has reacted today, using the woman's statement as justification that during the interview the same claims she has talked to her husband and will return home.

By order of the guardian prosecutor, the suspect, the complainer and the witness were interviewed, with what case in the statement given the complainer highlighted “kemi conversation, we don't have any problem, he told me you go to your family one day and come pick me up after a couple of days, but he didn't have a problem with me in the house, I told him back to you”, in the prosecution's argument for the husband's release.
