She says she loves him with all her heart, writes dailymail.
Crystal Straus of Ohio married John Tiedjen earlier this month after he was released on bail, pending a retrial for the murder of her half brother Brian McGany in April 1989.
Teedjen was McGary's roommate, and at the time of the shooting and the stabning both of them had spent a night drinking alcohol and marijuana.
Invited to a television show, Strauss said he recognises that their connection will be “challenged”, but it is certain of her partner's innocence and thinks their connection will be stronger over time.
Tiedjen was 25 when McGany was found dead in the apartment where they lived and served 32 years in prison for the murder.
He admitted he killed McGary in a self-defense act after an intensive interrogation by detectives.
