Ahmeti, who leads Pristina for almost eight years, has said he has slept with Pristina's problems, but according to him, not all problems can be solved by the mayor, and some take a long time to resolve.

One of the main problems he has identified is the lack of investments in infrastructure in relation to construction investments. It has shown general investment figures in the two sectors since 1999.
“3 billion have entered construction since 99 and elsewhere 500-600 million infrastructure. It should be in raio that say 1 to 3. Many have entered little construction in infrastructure”, Chairman Ahmeti has said.
