Former Finance Minister Haki Shatri in a proposal for Online Economics is citing the destruction of public enterprises by the Government itself to sack boards.
Kosovo's “State has been taken into office, not revolution. There have been problems in previous governments, so it should not be praised for having run well with public enterprises and public property, but it's certain they haven't run well, even we can say they destroyed it, without quality in service”, Shatri said.
He points out that changing boards and bringing amateurs will bring problems to the quality of services, and the country will only deal with changing people without any results.
“Change of boards and frameworks just because it doesn't belong to this party or bring someone else, bringing amateurs. I don't know those people, and I don't have anything personal with them, but from water-like services, waves are problems that can be mentioned in the case that affects me as a citizen. There are no positive changes but only people are changing”, reports EO.
Telekom, but many other companies, Shatri says they are operating with losses and no realisations, which could guarantee measure quality.
<x) Almost no service is appropriate, and none of those companies”, Sari concluded.
Economics connoisseur Erton Bega said it has been known that with the change of governance, board members and new appointments will also be on party and unprofessional grounds.
The subx0> With the change of governance it is known to extend its function to public enterprises, it is important to be guided by professionals in the respective fields that would ensure a more positive performance of these companies which have consistently faced numerous problems in management which have largely been billed by governments because of the appointments it made on a nepotic and political basis by sending reliable but unprofessionally”, Bega said.
The “has been expected a change that will be made with the new Government, but from what is seen is what we've seen in the last 20 years where close people of political parties include their blood connections”.
The importance of public boards and enterprises, Bega sees as a very important process of working with unqualified persons by not promising fair performance.
“Of course the boards have their own impact, because they are for this job to give guidance to the policies of public enterprises, they are not places where people without qualifications should be sent because there are the same boards representing the management of the company, which then answers to addressing various issues, but with these appointments do not promise literal concentrations of”, Bega concluded. With the decisions of the government, the largest number of public enterprise Bordees have been downloaded and new boards appointed.
