An 18-year-old allegedly killed in Ferizaj, where the prime suspect is Dardan Krivaqa, who had co-existed with the victim.

However, connoisseurs of legal affairs in the country say the justice ministry should act in terms of domestic violence, especially women's.
Ehat Miftaraj from the IKD has told Periscopi that under the Justice Ministry there is the Coordinator against domestic violence, aimed at co-ordinating policies and institutions in preventing and fighting any domestic violence.
Miftaraj has said Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu would have to inform citizens of the concrete steps he has taken as minister in relation to implementation of the Istanbul Convention.
“in this direction, the minister's participation in the protest could be reasoned as political will against these phenomena. As, Minister Haxhiu would have to inform the public what the measures and actions she has taken as minister to implement Kosovo's obligations in relation to the implementation of the Istanbul Convention, which from last year is part of the Kosovo Constitution. The implementation of this convention would have a major impact on preventing and fighting violence against women, including providing institutional support to the same ones when they are subject to domestic violence”, Miftaraj said.
In the case of the 18-year-old M.O. murder, two suspects have been arrested -- Arber Sejdiu and Dardan Krivaqa -- who had sent the victim to Ferizaj's hospital without life.
It is alleged that the same was abused and beaten for two days in a row by the suspect for jealous motives.
But in Ferizaj, a protest has been held today against domestic violence and the murder of women by men. Protesters already demanded that the guilty in the 18 - year - old get maximum sentence.
Only for one day in the Kosovo Police daily report have six cases of domestic violence reported. /Periscopi/
