Korca municipality for Bregovic: No parties or invitations have any reason or political incentive

From the Korca municipality, they have said they refuse to get involved in the recent debate over the performance expected to be held in this city, Serbian singer Goran Bregovic on the occasion of the Beer Fest.

Neither parties nor invitations to Bregovic as one of the singers at one of the 10 festival concerts has any reason or political incentive. We believe that music is the bridge to connect peoples and the Festival of Beer and Korca City promotes the best values of respecting ethnic and cultural diversity among the peoples of the Balkans and the wider”, the municipality's response said.

While, from this municipality, they say they have refused to participate in debates with the argument that it is not up to them to be part of a discussion as long as there has been no starting point or intention to what is being discussed recently.
