Infectologist Tolaj warns that without inoculation Kosovo enters another wave of infection

Needable is seen inoculation of children aged 7-18 so that there will be basic vaccines complete by two doses. And it is only thus possible for Inphecologists to achieve collective immunity, which would also prevent the increase in cases with Covid-19, which have increased greatly in recent days. Infectologist Ilir Tolaj says [...]
Infectologist Ilir Tolaj says that after collective immunity is achieved even with child vaccines, third dose can be applied.
But, according to him, health authorities currently are recommending the third dose only for persons with immunity defects.
For Kosovo it is important that most be involved with two doses of vaccine, when I say this to include children between the ages of 7 and 18, so that we can first complete this basic two doses vaccine and together with those who have gone through the disease, create a collective immunity that will prevent the growth of pandemic and prevent us from a new wave that can be revealed, including children 111x1>, Toyla told Elo.
“After that goal has been achieved then it is possible and to start with the third dosage, and for now the third dose health authorities recommend it only for cases that are documented that have a defect in immunity”, he added.
How safe is anti vaccine? - CO V ID, Tolaj says nothing is absolute, but the fact that no vaccinated by Ovid-19 has yet died in Kosovo, he says it also shows the effect of the vaccine.
Tolaj, the vaccine is seeing the only way to prevent the development of infection and to protect against death.
Nothing is absolute, nor is there any protection of the vaccine, but anti-Condavid vaccines all without exception are an asset to a successful against pandemic, provide high protection for any individual who has been vaccinated with them. The very fact that right now we don't have any vaccinated person who died from Covid-19” said Tolaj about EO.
“... Sporadic cases that are being infected, are not facts that to speak against vaccine, vaccine is the only way to prevent further development of pandemic and to protect itself from death”.
And if the relevant institutions are not successful in the vaccine process, then the current flow of Covid-19 may continue, but that Tolaj does not rule out the possibility of another wave in the fall, or of a new version whether it is large the percentage of the population that has not yet passed the infection or that has not been vaccinated.
If we're not successful in the inoculation, then we can have a continuation of this wave a little longer than usual while the inoculation is stable over time, then we can have another wave, and if there's a percentage of the population that hasn't passed the infection and that's not always vaccinated, there will always be a danger that a new variant will include that part of the population”, Tolaj concluded.
