HABIESE: Except February and May, Serbia exported over 92m euros of goods to Kosovo

During the past few weeks in the public sphere in the country, a series of themes have been opened, where participants have become a large part of citizens, including their false profiles.

The initiative against Serbia has become especially strong in reactions against “Open Balkan”, but also for Serbian music heard in Albania, writes Periscopi.

In spite of major words and successive campaigns, however, Serbian products continue to remain very popular on the Kosovo market.

From data to Kosovo Statistics Agency [ The AKS, it turns out that trade co-operation between Kosovo and Serbia despite bad political relations is very high.

Only for these four months [short, March, April, May] of 2021 have Kosovars bought goods from Serbia to value from 92 million euros.

In the same four months of 2020, even because of pandemic, the establishment of reciprocity, the presence of a 100% tax, and so on. The value of imports from Serbia was evidently smaller -- 35 million and 865 thousand.

That means Kosovo has imported from Serbia 57m and 123 thousand euros More goods this year.

Statistics for June and July are not yet available by the Statistics Agency.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Commerce at Kurti II Government has recently removed the tax on blocs or bricks Kosovo imports from Serbia. /Periscope
