Enver Hoxhaj has refused to become a member of the PDK leadership.

He writes:

Thank you, Chairman Krasniqi and members of the PDK Steering Council for the confidence given to be part of the party's new leadership and one of its deputy leaders. It was rightly discussed yesterday and today if a principle determined not to involve MPs in the new headship was being avoided by my involvement.
