Court: Dardan Krivaqa suspected that the victim was betrayed by her uncle's son, he was brutally murdered

The Foundation Court in Ferizaj has assigned the detention measure to Arben Sejdiu, suspected of killing 18-year-old M.O by Ferizaj.

After holding the hearing and analysis of the subject's paperwork, the trial judge of the Randa Crimes Department Ibrahim Idrizi has proved there is a well-founded suspicion, that the defendant on August 22, 2021, in Ferizaj, in the residence of the D.K. defendant, deliberately, for cruelly for low-age motives, because defendant D alleged that the late MO. for this reason, the defendant D, the night before, had initially exercised psychic violence, and then physical violence, which has continued even on the critical day, until the deceased has passed away, while defendant A.S., all the time present, at the scene of the event, which has even participated in the exercise of physical and psychic violence, has directly contributed to the carrying out of the criminal work, consciously the death of the late, and then sent the same and general hospital to Feriz, while two indictees are leaving in the direction of the unknown, the court says.

“The judge of the preliminary procedure, the state prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against the defendants, has approved it as being based on KPPRK provisions, and the same has been assigned the detention measure in length of a (1)x1>, the announcement said.
