After Sunday's tragic accident in Croatia, citizens believe the government and state authorities should take steps to prevent road accidents and ensure that tourist companies have adequate travel conditions. As a result of this accident, 10 fellow countrymen lost their lives and more than 40 were injured. And to avoid such tragedies, citizens are seeking increased care from tourist companies and more rigorous control by the state.
Citizens Riza Krasniqi says companies dealing with passenger transportation do not meet all conditions for travel. He says companies don't give drivers time to rest, overloading them with work.
Unfortunately, companies that deal with air transport through air or land transport agencies don't have enough corrections in passenger transport, and above all, they have their own interests and they become irresponsibly enriched... 15:19, there are kinds of transactions that companies and drivers do. But companies don't allow drivers enough time to fire. Drivers have a life of misery, they don't have time to be with their families. Always on the street... I believe that now is the time that seriously built the state, not the individualal wealth”, he says.
Avni Berisha from Pristina hopes that accidents such as Sunday's will never happen again. It appeals to tourist agencies for more caution and for three drivers to travel long distances. I have an appeal, that tourist agencies with much more caution, with technical bus controls, with drivers who have them, because it's really a long way. I know they had two drivers, but sometimes it's not enough because long roads, columns, fatigue. I think I need to get three drivers behind”, he says.
That buses should have cameras says Nedmedin Llapashtica from Pristina.
It is extremely important for him to place such cameras both inside and outside buses.
As far as tragedy is concerned, the lack of the law of this work has caused the accident. Every bus to the west has the camera on the bus, such as from the traveler. This bus didn't have a camera. Most importantly, drivers who have been can't be treated as terrorists or murderers. It happens everywhere and needs to take it at ease because it can happen to anyone. I think the technical checkup, the delivery permit for passenger transport, should meet the criteria for the camera. Both inside and outside”, he said.
Nazmi Kelmendi from Fushe Kosova says Kosovo state bodies should be mobilized to find ways to avoid such tragic accidents. According to him, better conditions must also be created for flying. I believe that our bodies and government officials will finally receive treatment because every year the same song, whether by vehicles or by cars, has been heavier. I believe that this issue should soon be debated and adjusted to all friendly countries that want Kosovo good”, he says.
Hajrullah Trnava, who lives in Hamburg, Germany, says he cannot comment on the accident in Croatia until causes are officially known, while adding that the Ministry of Internal Affairs and police should set up more radars and punish those who violate communications rules.
We all think it came to me safely, mobilized. At this moment, I'm very excited because once I've taken that road and it's become such a tragedy it's painful for all of us. It's not just about me. Imagine now the family members, who have been looking forward to asking for him, came along, and said that, as he received the news that died of”, Ternava says as he wished such accidents would not occur in the future.
We remember yesterday the bodies of deceased exiles were buried in Sunday's tragic accident in Croatia.
