It is Srbolljub Veselinovici, a person displaced from Kosovo according to the latest data, broadcasts Tanjug, Pryscopi traces.
He had been at the Jarinje crossing this morning and was detained by Kosovo police officials.
According to Tanjug, police stopped him and are still not allowing him to pass.
