The Social Democrat Party has handed over criminal speculation against the deputy minister in the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure, Hysen Durmish, on Monday for misuse of the official position for signing the harmful tape agreement with the company “Autto Control Kosova”.
In this case, the chairman of PSD, Dardan Moliqaj said that in the tender for the sticky car tickets, there has been consumption of criminal acts.
According to him, the Kosovo government is favouring big businesses by robbing citizens' material goods.
“We've just delivered a criminal complaint to the Kosovo Prosecution and it's about the tender for the sticky car tickets. We consider such a ticket to be unfair, unnecessary and to be extortion of the material goods of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo. Such a shift presents clear symptoms of this government, and which will favour big private businesses, either by creating them big from zero, and also believe that there has been a consumption of criminal acts” here, he said.
And the member of the leadership, Dren Kukaj, said there are two issues incriminating Hysen Durmish in the quality of Deputy Environment Minister, Space Planning and Infrastructure.

He said that law bodies have the possibility of verifying vehicles whether they are registered or not, but even if this should exist, according to him, it should not cost 5 euros.
“We call on the State Prosecutor to take all investigative actions under her responsibility and bring this to an end. We are convinced that this agreement is harmful”, he stressed.
