Montenegro counts border issue with Kosovo finished

He even noted that the” agreement is mandatory for both states”.
According to him, the border issue in the Balkans is always problematic and if borders are affected, potentially it is a war.
Therefore, Krivokapiq added that the two expert groups have ascertained the situation that is internationally verified and see no reason why this issue should arise.
Unlike Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, he recently declared in the country that he would do his best to correct everything that has been done unjustly, wrong and harmful in 2018 when that agreement, according to him, was ratified.
