Lawyer Emmerson: The prosecution admits that there is no evidence of Kadri Wessel, that he will return home immediately

Those statements he made at today's pretrial hearing at the Special Court in The Hague, he said the prosecution has admitted there is no evidence against his client.
Emmerson said the prosecution had said that openly.
“Procurory has openly said that there is no evidence against it either for physical crime, for co-ordination, for help and encouragement, or in any other way participate in these crimes”.
The British lawyer stressed that Kadri Wessel would have to be released immediately with a decision to declare him innocent.
Would be right that Mr. Wessel would have to go home immediately and make a decision about his innocence”.
The prosecutor's reaction soon followed.
She said Wessel's lawyer is not speaking the right thing while he happened to retaliate directly to him on the issue of release.
