Kosovo's government has approved changes in the fulfilment of the decision on the terms of entry of foreign citizens, transitary passage and stay in Kosovo without visas of foreign citizens.
What stands out is that this decision at its 4th point, besides other states, even the citizens of Serbia allow them to stay in Kosovo for 90 days without having to be equipped with visas, with biometric IDs flowing.

Admission from the government cabinet to today's meeting has been made by the decision on changing and completing the decision on entry conditions, transition crossing, staying on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo and the visa regime in the Republic of Kosovo, No. 15/158 of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, dated 29.11.2013 as follows:

3. Writers of foreign travel documents and currency documents issued under the Convention on Refugees Status (1951) and the Convention on the Status of Persons Without Citizenship (1954), issued by EU member states and Zone Schengen, as well as the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, the United States of America, Canada, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, are released from the need to be equipped with Kosovo visa for entry, transmission and residence on the territory of the Republic of Kosovo until 15 days without a visa.

No. 15/158 of the Government of the Republic of Kosovo, date 29.11.2013 is fulfilled as follows:

Citizens of:

EU member states;
Members of the Schengen Zone;
United Kingdom and Northern Ireland;
Holy See;
The princeate of Andor;
Monaco princeate;
Republic of San Marino;
Republic of Albania;
Republic of Montenegro, and
Republic of Serbia,
You are allowed access, transit and stay up to 90 days for a six-month period ( (6), with biometric identification rated”, the government's decision says.
