Experts say economic growth of 7.9% is possible, can only reach 4%

The warning of the Minister of Finance, Labour and Transferences Iron Murati for economic growth in the country of 7.9% is being considered uncontaminated, says Econmia Online. The country's economic affairs recognisers estimate that economic growth of 7.9%, according to Minister Murati, is elusive, taking World Bank premises to base.

Former head of the Kosovo Economic Ode (OEK), Safet Gerjaliu in an interview for Online Economy for Economic Growth by 7.9%, is seeing it as the Minister of Murati's pompic prediction, while adding that it did not honor the actual reality.

Despite increased entry into Dogan and ATK, Gerjaliu sees this difficult growth for the country's economy.

“The effects of the Covid-19 pandemic will also be followed in the future as the countries of the region have done much to support citizens, and in this direction Kosovo is the last country to have contributed to the effects of the Deved-19 pandemic. To date with pompous predictions that there would be 7%, 8%, or 9% really didn't do the actual reality”.

Kosovo's “what it takes is to have a substantial increase and it can't be a key aggregation of economic growth only growth, so we need investment from abroad, new employment, positive trains exist, we have increases in customs in ATK, but to achieve an increase of 7.9% is a wish, but it's hard to realise despite positive indicators”.

And this whole statement by Minister Murati, Gerjaliu, is seeing it as the goal of the debate between position and opposition, which, as he says, is not good to give unfulfilled promises.

I believe that this is the current topic and we have a very uncomfortable debate between the position and opposition that wants to be released in different terms and indicators, but there are positive trains that need to be supported, but they have to be measured in statements because the world really isn't what it used to be, and the emotions of the citizens are different, and in this direction they made a reality rather than the irrevocable promises<1.

Even the head of the Kosovo Alliance of Business (AKB), Agim Sahini, in an interview for Online Economy, says he would be very happy if economic growth of 7.9% could be achieved.

But according to him, more than 4% will not have economic growth.

“We would be very happy if this were a reality and I don't believe this is within reach, desirable yes, expected by citizens because there were great promises but started by all the current promises we can't go with more than 4% to 4.5% of the maximum growth, which the international factor like the World Bank defines these values and they're reliable and we're talking that we're going to have economic growth of 7.9% then we need to know from, but if Kosovo is going to be a leadership country in the Balkans, but also in Europe with the greatest growth of the time when the states are out of the crisis and there are still about to be one.

But that where this economic growth of 7.9% will come from is interested in knowing even UN head Agim Sahini, while Minister Murati does not show the reason for how the percentage will be achieved, EO reports.

I think the government of the country is trying to convince the people that what we've promised them is going to do, and that's exactly what's going to happen, but it doesn't depend on promises now, but on actions, it depends on reforms from economic growth, export, production, consumption growth, and all of this is a factor that affects the country's growth and these are going to positive trends, but not on what we're going to go to the size of”

We want Minister Murati to have shot him for which we're going to applaud but until he doesn't tell us we have our own dilemmas”.
