Let's get this straight from the beginning: The black skin is never 100% healthy, or at least not as healthy as normal skin. However, many people enjoy the appearance of a darker skin, although prolonged exposure to the sun has a wide range of dangers.

Keep in mind that staying in the sun can increase the possibilities for melanoma or other skin cancers, dehydration, sunburn, premature skin aging, sunburn, eye injury, and so forth.

If you want to take color, at least make sure that you minimize the risks through these steps:

1. Use sunscreen with SPF 30: You always put protective cream all over your body with at least one SPF 30. Do not use tan oil that does not offer protection from the sun. Make sure you put on the cream at least 20 minutes before you get out. SPF 30 is strong enough to block the sun's harmful rays but not strong enough to catch it.

2. Change your positions often while in the sun. This will help you to avoid burning a part of your body.

3. Eat foods containing beta carrots. Foods such as carrots, sweet potatoes, and green cabbages can help you get tanned without burning. More studies are needed on this effect.

4. Don't stay out any longer than the skin can create melanin. Melanie is the pigment responsible for the tan. All troops have a limit where melanin production is terminated, usually 2-3 hours. After that time, the skin will no longer be darkened in the day; it will simply be damaged.

5. Eat foods rich in lycopes. Licope helps protect your skin from harmful rays. Food rich with lycopes, mention tomatoes and saddle.

6. Take your time. Avoid being in the sun during hours when the sun is very strong (between noon and 3 pm). Morning times or after 3.

7. Stay in the shade. This will avoid burning your skin and give your skin a chance to rest.

Bonus: If you want a darker skin without damaging it, don't forget the option of self-heating products.
