Sun, a supporter and friend of Chinese political dissidents, was arrested on November 11th along with 20 other people, including his wife, two sons, and one son's wife, reports Guardian, translates Periscopi.
Groups for human rights have called such a judgment revenge for his friendship with Chinese dissidents.
Sun, who turned 67 this month, is a former pig farm that had created a powerful agricultural group.
His billion-dollar business has about 9,000 workers.
