The Ministry of Infrastructure is trying to steal public money, for a ticket costing 0.06 cents, these are trying to sell for 5 euros. I don't know if they have value, how many vehicles they're in Kosovo and how they're trying to steal through a small amount but damaging citizens. The government is a solid organ, it's not authoritarian and I don't think it should react to such situations.
